This Endourology Academy course features an unedited surgical video showcasing the technique of endoscopic enucleation of the prostate (EEP) in a complex case. The patient, who underwent TURP five years ago, presented with persistent non-obstructive urinary symptoms and a significantly enlarged prostate, weighing approximately 150 grams.
