Difficult TURP
COURSE DESCRIPTION
Patient with 140 gms of the prostate, having recurrent episodes of hematuria. History of hepatocellular carcinoma with low platelets count. The patient refuses the possibility of living with a catheter and delayed action of prostate artery embolization.
