COURSE DESCRIPTION
67 yrs old patient with refractory retention of urine with severe cardiac condition under antiplatelet and ejection fraction 35 with a history of failed medical treatment for 200-gram prostate. The patient underwent prostatic surgery in the form of TURP 8 months ago with complete failure to micturate and catheter dependency since that time.
