Dr. Tanuj Paul Bhatia is a young urologist with interest in advanced LASER endourological surgeries. Having worked with stalwarts of Indian Urology, he started Institute of LASER Endourological Surgeries at Sarvodaya Healthcare, Faridabad, India.

He is an expert at flexible ureteroscopy(fURS), Mini Percutaneous nephrolothotomy(MiniPCNL) and Holmium LASER enucleation of Prostate (HoLEP). He also utilises the versatility of LASER to do endopyelotomies, Internal Urethrotomies, Bladder tumor resections, UUT tumour resections, etc.

He provides regular trainings at his institute in LASER urological surgeries.  He has been actively involved with Lumenis, Quanta, Cook Medical and Olympus to provide on-site trainings and mentorship to upcoming urologists.

He has had the privilege of using a variety of LASERs like Low and High Power Holmium LASERS, Thu:YAG LASERs, Thulium fiber LASERs, Hybrid LASERs, Green light KTP LASERs, Diode LASERs.
